Instructions for Authors

Plenary sessions will cover six general topics:

  1. Pathogenesis
  2. Viral Immunology
  3. Epidemiology
  4. Diagnostics
  5. Vaccines
  6. (Reverse) Zoonosis

Submission must be made by completing the form provided on this site bellow.

Please indicate in your abstract submission which topic is the most relevant.
Each abstract will be reviewed under confidentiality and scored by at least two independent reviewers.

Material presented in abstracts may not violate any copyright laws.

Acceptance for oral presentation communicated to the presenting’s author on Tuesday July 5th 2025.

At least the presenting author has to be registered for each abstract.

All accepted abstracts must be presented as a poster, even if accepted for oral presentation.

All accepted abstracts will be published online in the ESVV2025 Abstract Book that will be online accessible (password-protected) only to ESVV2025 participants.

Deadline for abstract submission: Tuesday June 6th 2025, midnight EST !!!

    The file format can be .doc or .docx and should not exceed 1 MB. The name of the file should be the Last name and First name of the presenting author. If you have submitted more than one form, include the serial number in the file name (LastName_FirstName_1.doc).
